Services
Adelaide Superior Concrete provides residential and commercial concreting services across the greater Adelaide area — driveways, decorative concrete, structural slabs and repairs.
Quotes and Pricing
We provide a free, itemised quote following an on-site assessment before commencing work. Quoted prices are subject to change if the scope of work changes once work has commenced — for example, if underlying slab damage is discovered during grinding. You will be informed of any variations before they proceed.
Workmanship Warranty
Installations are backed by a written 7-year workmanship warranty. If you experience an issue directly related to workmanship within the warranty period, we will assess and rectify the issue in line with the warranty terms provided at the time of your job.
Payment
Payment terms are confirmed at quote stage and are typically due on completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept card and electronic transfer. Outstanding invoices may attract interest at the standard rate.
Liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
Cancellations
We ask for reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a booked site visit or pour. Late cancellations may attract a call-out or rescheduling fee.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in SA courts.
